Pool Season 2009
Season begins May 23rd,
Memorial Day Weekend & is scheduled to be open weekends
May 23,24,25, 30th & 31st 12:00 noon - 8:00pm.
Beginning June 6th the pool will be open
Tuesday –Sunday from 12:00 Noon-8:00pm
The pool will be closed
on Mondays for cleaning with the exception of holidays that fall on
a Monday in which case, regular hours will be observed and the pool will
be closed the on the following Tuesday.

Reminder do not throw
away your card.
The same card works the tennis courts and will be used
from now on. Replacement cards cost $20.00
IF YOU SELL YOUR HOME PLEASE
PASS THE CARD TO THE NEW HOME OWNER, SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY
THE $20.00 FEE. This is just one more effort of the board to
keep the Home Owners yearly fee's as low as possible.

2003 POOL
TAGS REPLACED WITH KEYLESS ACCESS
The
old method of obtaining yearly pool tags is a thing
of the past. The NV
board has installed a new keyless entry system at the front gate
of the swimming pool. Each
homeowner will be required to obtain a key card (similar to a
credit card) that will allow their family members and guests
access to the swimming pool. These key cards are durable and are made to last several
years, eliminating the need to obtain pool tags on a yearly basis.
The first key card will be complimentary to all new and
existing North View homeowners of record in 2003.
In the event your key card is lost or stolen, it can be
replaced for a minimal fee ($20.00).
The key card (FACILITY CARD) issued for
entry into the pool will allow your family members and guests to
have access to tennis courts as well.
Your
patience, understanding, and comments on this system will be
greatly appreciated as this system is being introduced into our
community. Every
effort will be made by the board and management to make this
transition as smooth and painless to each homeowner.
